Within PivotTable Analyse, go to the refresh button but make sure you go to the drop down and find Refresh All as this will then refresh all the pivots in the whole workbook.

Please remember that your PivotTable will not automatically refresh when you your data has changed, instead you must manually refresh the pivot every time.

6.2 Changing the Source Data

Your source data might increase, either more columns (for example, information about 2021 Expenses) or more rows (for example more employees). You will need to change the source data otherwise your new rows and columns will not be included. If your data increases, then go to PivotTable Analyse and click on Change Data Source.
